Do I really need social media? +

Absolutely, and here’s why:

Social Media is where your target audience is. Apart from maybe a couple of rare exceptions, people of all ages, interests, and socio-economic statuses are on social media. Every popular Social Media platform has a bigger reach than all TV channels combined.

Social Media facilitates word-of-mouth marketing. People don't listen to companies, people listen to friends. So when they see a friend on Facebook "liking" a company page, they are more inclined to believe that they truly sell good products and/or provide quality service.

Which social media platforms should my business have a presence on? +

That depends on what kind of business you operate. We generally recommend Instagram for all clients, not just visually oriented businesses or artists.

Please keep in mind that in order for us to manage your Instagram profile a Facebook page is required and Beacon Bytes must be added as and Administrator on the Facebook account.

What is the Impact of Social Media posting on my business? +

The impact, much like the weight of a snowball, can only be felt when the momentum builds. Consistent, effective content over time = organic streaming to your page, your website, and therefore the amount of buzz building around your business. it cannot be stressed enough that if you are not effectively using social media to promote your business, you are missing out on the largest existing pools of accessible clientele and fans.

Does social media affect SEO? +

Many marketing agencies and boutiques won’t tell you this, but Search Engine Optimization is trending more and more toward user experience. The number of people who follow your social media pages and access your business through them will affect your business’ likelihood to appear on the first page of Google. Do we promise this? Of course not! We are just letting you know!

We like to make everything as easy as possible for clients. With a month-to-month service, you can cancel your packages or change them as you see fit. Just give us 48-hours notice so we can be sure to end our scheduled content.
